Lounge access rules change often β confirm in the lounge's app or the card's benefits page before you fly.
Orlando is one of the busiest leisure airports in the country, with Southwest the biggest airline, but MCO lounge access is modest: no Centurion Lounge MCO, no Chase Sapphire Lounge and no Capital One Lounge. The best credit card for Orlando flyers is usually whichever one carries Priority Pass, because Priority Pass MCO covers the two Club MCO lounges and the Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal C.

Airport snapshot
MCO has two terminal complexes. The original main terminal (Terminals A and B) feeds four satellite airsides by tram, and the newer Terminal C sits on its own to the south. Delta, American and United each have one club in Terminal B's airsides. Priority Pass has a Club MCO in Airside 1 and Airside 4 and the Plaza Premium in Terminal C. Southwest, the other low-cost carriers and most leisure flights don't come with a lounge, so a card with Priority Pass matters more here than at a hub.
Where to go by terminal
| Terminal | Airlines | Lounges there |
|---|---|---|
| A β Airside 1 (gates 1β29) | Domestic & low-cost carriers | The Club MCO |
| A β Airside 2 (gates 100β129) | Domestic & low-cost carriers | None |
| B β Airside 3 (gates 30β59) | American, United, others | Admirals Club, United Club |
| B β Airside 4 (gates 70β99) | Delta, others | Delta Sky Club, The Club MCO |
| C (gates 230+) | JetBlue, most long-haul international | Plaza Premium Lounge |
Each airside sits behind its own tram after security, and you can't move between airsides or over to Terminal C without leaving and re-screening. Use the lounge in the airside your gate is in; your gate number tells you which.
Orlando Sanford (SFB): Allegiant's Orlando-area airport has only the small Royal Palm Lounge in the international departure area of Terminal A, listed in Amex's lounge finder as space-available. It isn't in Priority Pass's US directory, so don't plan around it.

Recommended strategy
- If you fly Southwest or another low-cost airline from MCO: Any Priority Pass card. Venture X is the cheapest way in; Sapphire Reserve is better if you're bringing two people, since Venture X charges $35 per guest.
- If you fly Delta often from MCO: Delta SkyMiles Reserve, or Amex Platinum if you'd also use Priority Pass and Centurion Lounges elsewhere.
- If you want one card that covers the most lounges: Amex Platinum, though at MCO its edge over Venture X is only the Sky Club. Without a Centurion here, the $500 fee gap is hard to justify for Orlando alone.
- If you fly JetBlue or international from Terminal C: Any Priority Pass card gets you into Plaza Premium; watch the 2-hour limit.
No card? Day passes & other options
The Club MCO sells day passes online (about $50β$55, booked 6+ hours ahead), Plaza Premium sells passes from about $62, the Admirals Club sells $79 passes on American or oneworld tickets, and the United Club sells $59 passes when space allows. Delta doesn't sell Sky Club day passes.
FAQ
Is there a Centurion Lounge at MCO? No. There's no Centurion Lounge at MCO and none has been announced. Platinum cardholders use Priority Pass lounges, the Terminal C Plaza Premium and, on Delta flights, the Sky Club.
Does Priority Pass work at MCO? Yes. Priority Pass MCO covers The Club MCO in Airside 1 and Airside 4 and the Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal C, plus XpresSpa in Airside 3. There are no Priority Pass restaurants listed.
Can I use a lounge in a different airside at Orlando? Not without leaving security. Each airside is reached by its own tram, and Terminal C is a separate building, so pick a lounge in your own airside.
Amex Platinum vs Sapphire Reserve vs Venture X: which is best at MCO? All three get the same three Priority Pass lounges. Platinum adds the Sky Club on Delta flights. Sapphire Reserve is best for families, with two free Priority Pass guests. Venture X costs $395 but charges $35 per Priority Pass guest. For MCO alone, Venture X (solo) or Sapphire Reserve (groups) beats Platinum on value.
