Is it a good price? Check before you buy
Retailers mark things “on sale” all the time, but a discount only means something against what the item actually sold for. KritDeals records the price history of every product it tracks. Price Check puts today’s price next to that history and the cheapest live listing we can find, then tells you whether to buy now or wait.
How Price Check works
- Paste a link or type a product. Amazon and eBay links work, or describe the item (“AirPods Pro”, “Dyson V11 vacuum”).
- We compare. Live listings across the retailers we track, plus the lowest price we have recorded for it.
- You get a verdict. Buy or wait, the price history, and a direct link to the best offer.
Price Check FAQ
How do I know if something is a good price?
Compare it with the product's own price history, not the list price on the page. A big "% off" is often measured against a price the item rarely sold at. Price Check shows the lowest price we have tracked and gives a buy or wait verdict.
Which stores does Price Check work with?
Paste an Amazon or eBay product link, or type what you are shopping for. Price Check compares live listings across the retailers KritDeals tracks and links you to the cheapest one.
Is Price Check free?
Yes. It is free to use with a free KritDeals account.
Can I get an alert when the price drops?
Yes. Price-drop alerts live in the KritDeals app for iPhone and Android: watch an item and you are told when its price falls.
How is this different from a sale badge?
A sale badge is the retailer’s claim. Price Check checks that claim against the prices we have recorded, so you can see whether today’s price is genuinely low or just labelled as a deal.
