Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. KritDeals is based in Texas, United States. These terms are a starting template — have them reviewed by counsel before relying on them.

Welcome to KritDeals. By accessing or using our website and apps (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use KritDeals

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use. You may delete your account at any time from the app or by emailing support@kritdeals.com.

3. Community submissions and content

KritDeals lets members submit deals, vote, and comment. You retain ownership of what you post, but you grant KritDeals a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. Submissions are reviewed and may be edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post spam, fake deals, misleading prices, malware, or unlawful content;
• harass other users or infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• manipulate votes, comments, or rankings through automated or coordinated means.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Objectionable content, reporting, and blocking

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on KritDeals. You may not post content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or that targets any person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

How this is enforced:

• Filtering. Comments are screened automatically when posted, and content matching our prohibited-terms list is rejected before it appears.
• Reporting. Every comment has a “Report comment” option in its ⋮ menu. Reported content is queued for review, and content reported by multiple members is hidden automatically pending that review. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
• Blocking. Every comment also has a “Block this user” option. Blocking hides that person’s content from you and is private — they are not notified. You can unblock anyone at any time from Settings → Blocked users.
• Removal. We remove violating content and may suspend or permanently terminate the accounts responsible, without notice.

6. Deals, prices, and affiliate links

Deals are gathered from retailers and community members. Prices, availability, and terms change constantly and may be inaccurate or expired by the time you view them. Always confirm the final price and terms on the retailer’s own site before buying. KritDeals does not sell the products listed and is not party to any transaction between you and a retailer.

KritDeals may earn a commission when you buy through links on the Service, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of deals, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated signals (e.g. the “deal check”) can be wrong.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KritDeals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchases you make from third-party retailers.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these terms at any time; material changes take effect when posted. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Intellectual property & copyright

The KritDeals name, logo, and the design, software, and original content of the Service are owned by KritDeals and protected by intellectual-property laws. We respect the rights of others and expect users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@kritdeals.com with: your contact details; identification of the work; the URL/location of the material; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your signature. We will respond to valid notices, including under the U.S. DMCA where applicable, and may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and KritDeals regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
