Lounge access rules change often — confirm in the lounge's app or the card's benefits page before you fly.
New Orleans has a modern single terminal where Southwest is the biggest airline, and MSY lounge access comes down to three rooms: a shared Club MSY that reopened after a renovation in February 2026, a Delta Sky Club and a United Club. There's no Centurion Lounge at MSY and no Admirals Club, so the best credit card for New Orleans flyers is usually any card with Priority Pass.

Airport snapshot
MSY's terminal opened in 2019 with one central security checkpoint feeding three concourses, A, B and C, all connected airside. That's the useful part: The Club MSY at the entrance to Concourse A is open to anyone with Priority Pass, whichever concourse you fly from. Delta and United have their clubs in Concourse C. American flies here but has no Admirals Club.
Where to go by terminal
| Terminal | Airlines | Lounges there |
|---|---|---|
| Concourse A | International & other carriers | The Club MSY (at entrance) |
| Concourse B | Southwest (largest carrier) | None |
| Concourse C | Delta, United, others | Delta Sky Club, United Club |
| Landside, Level 3 | All | Military Lounge (pre-security) |
All three concourses connect after security, so you can walk from a Southwest gate in B to The Club MSY and back. Allow time for the walk back to your gate.

Recommended strategy
- If you fly Southwest from MSY: Any Priority Pass card, and walk to The Club MSY. Venture X is the cheapest; Sapphire Reserve if you bring two people.
- If you fly Delta often from MSY: Delta SkyMiles Reserve, or Amex Platinum if you want Priority Pass and Centurion Lounges at other airports too.
- If you fly American from MSY: There's no Admirals Club here, so Citi AAdvantage Executive does nothing at MSY. A Priority Pass card covers you.
- If you want one card that covers the best lounges: Amex Platinum, but at MSY it only adds the Sky Club over a $395 Venture X.
No card? Day passes & other options
The Club MSY sells $50 passes to anyone, booked online in advance. The United Club sells day passes when space allows. Delta doesn't sell Sky Club passes. Active-duty military can use the pre-security Military Lounge on Level 3.
