Lounge access rules change often — confirm in the lounge's app or the card's benefits page before you fly.
Atlanta is Delta's biggest hub, and that shapes ATL lounge access: eight Delta Sky Clubs, the Centurion Lounge ATL (Amex's largest), one Priority Pass ATL lounge, and nothing from Chase or Capital One. For most people the best credit card for Atlanta flyers is an Amex: the Platinum or the Delta Reserve.

Airport snapshot
Delta runs the vast majority of flights at Hartsfield-Jackson, across Concourses T, A, B, C, D, E and F, all connected airside by the Plane Train. Every non-Delta U.S. carrier is a small player by comparison; American and United both sit in Concourse T. The two lounges worth planning around are the Centurion Lounge in Concourse E and the Sky Clubs spread across every concourse. Concourse E is a long train ride from T and A, so leave time if your gate is at the other end. There is no Chase Sapphire Lounge or Capital One Lounge at ATL, and we found no announcement of one.
Where to go by terminal
| Concourse | Airlines | Lounges there |
|---|---|---|
| T | American, United, Delta | Admirals Club, United Club, Sky Club (T6) |
| A | Delta | 2 Sky Clubs (center, A17) |
| B | Delta | Sky Club (B18), Minute Suites, Be Relax |
| C | Delta | Sky Club (C37) |
| D | Delta | Sky Club (D18, the newest) |
| E | Delta, international airlines | Centurion (E11), Sky Club (E15), Minute Suites |
| F | Delta, international airlines | Sky Club, The Club ATL + Poppin (PP), Minute Suites |
Every concourse is connected airside by the Plane Train (and a walkway), so you can reach the Centurion in E from any gate without clearing security again — allow 10 to 15 minutes each way from T or A.
Lounges at ATL
Centurion Lounge ATL (Amex)
- Location: Concourse E, near gate E11. Opened February 2024 at about 26,000 square feet, Amex's largest Centurion Lounge, with outdoor terraces and a dedicated whiskey bar.
- Access: Amex Platinum and Business Platinum on any airline with a same-day boarding pass (within 3 hours of departure; on a layover, within 5 hours of your connecting flight since July 8, 2026). Delta SkyMiles Reserve cardholders get in when flying Delta on a ticket bought with the card.
- Guest policy: Guests cost $50 per adult and $30 per child unless you spent $75,000 on the Platinum in the calendar year, which unlocks two free guests. Since July 8, 2026, guests must be on the same flight as you.
- Best for: Anyone with a Platinum card, regardless of airline. It is the best lounge in the airport.
Delta Sky Club ATL (8 locations)
- Location: Concourse A (center, second level, and near A17), B (near B18), C (near C37), D (near D18, the newest, about 24,000 square feet), E (near E15), F (mezzanine) and T (near T6).
- Access: Same-day Delta flight (no Basic Economy) plus a Sky Club membership, Delta One or other premium ticket, Medallion/SkyTeam Elite Plus status, or an eligible Amex. Amex Platinum and Business Platinum get 10 visits per year (Feb 1 – Jan 31); Delta Reserve gets 15. Both unlock unlimited visits after $75,000 in purchases in a calendar year. One "visit" covers every club entry within 24 hours.
- Guest policy: Up to two guests at $50 each for Amex cardholders; Delta Reserve adds four one-time guest passes a year.
- Best for: Delta flyers. With a club in every concourse, you rarely have to change trains.
Admirals Club ATL (American)
- Location: Concourse T, near gate T11.
- Access: Same-day American or oneworld flight plus a membership, the Citi AAdvantage Executive card, qualifying status or premium ticket; Citi Strata Elite includes four Admirals Club passes a year. Day pass about $79 or 7,900 miles.
- Guest policy: Citi AAdvantage Executive primary cardholders can bring immediate family or up to two guests.
- Best for: American Airlines flyers departing Concourse T.
United Club ATL
- Location: Concourse T, mezzanine between gates 11 and 12.
- Access: Same-day United or Star Alliance flight plus membership, the United Club card or status. Day pass about $59.

- Best for: United flyers.
Coming: Delta One Lounge
Delta has confirmed a Delta One Lounge above Concourse E (between gates E14 and E27), about 39,000 square feet. Reports after the Atlanta city council's July 2026 approval put the target at January 2029. It will be for Delta One and other premium international passengers, not credit card holders.
Priority Pass at ATL
- The Club ATL — real lounge, Concourse F mezzanine (international terminal). Often has a waitlist in the afternoon and evening.
- Poppin — grab-and-go lounge next to The Club ATL in Concourse F.
- Minute Suites — Concourses B, E and F; one free hour per visit with Priority Pass (an experience, not a lounge).
- Be Relax Spa — Concourse B, one treatment per visit (experience).

Recommended strategy
- If you fly Delta often from ATL: Get the Delta SkyMiles Reserve. Fifteen Sky Club visits covers most travelers, it gets you into the Centurion on Delta trips, and it builds toward Medallion status. Add the Platinum only if you also want Centurion access on other airlines and the Platinum's credits.
- If you want one card that covers the best lounges: The Amex Platinum. The Centurion is open to you on any airline, and 10 Sky Club visits plus Priority Pass cover the rest.
- If you want strong lounges at a lower cost: Venture X at $395 gets you The Club ATL. That is a decent lounge but small and busy, so treat it as a backup, not a reason to get the card for ATL alone.
- If you fly American or United through ATL: Your club is in Concourse T. A co-brand card or day pass makes more sense than a bank card here.
No card? Day passes & other options
Delta no longer sells Sky Club day passes, and the Centurion has no general day pass. The Club ATL sells day passes to anyone (about $50, booked ahead). If you are flying American or United, the Admirals Club (about $79) and United Club (about $59) sell day passes with a same-day boarding pass on their airlines. Minute Suites sells hourly rooms.
FAQ
Which concourse is the Centurion Lounge in at ATL? Concourse E, near gate E11. You can reach it from any concourse on the Plane Train without re-clearing security, but allow 10 to 15 minutes each way from T or A.
Can I get into a Delta Sky Club at ATL with the Amex Platinum? Yes, when you are flying a same-day Delta flight that isn't Basic Economy. The Platinum includes 10 Sky Club visits per year (each visit covers 24 hours), and unlimited access after $75,000 in purchases in a calendar year.
Is there a Priority Pass lounge at Atlanta airport? Yes. The Club ATL in Concourse F is the main one, with Poppin next door. Minute Suites and Be Relax Spa also accept Priority Pass as experiences. Expect a waitlist at The Club ATL at peak times.
Amex Platinum vs Sapphire Reserve vs Venture X: which is best at ATL? The Amex Platinum, clearly. It gets you into the Centurion Lounge ATL on any airline, 10 Sky Club visits on Delta, and Priority Pass. There is no Chase Sapphire Lounge or Capital One Lounge at ATL (and none announced), so the Sapphire Reserve and Venture X both stop at Priority Pass here, which means The Club ATL in Concourse F. Between those two, Venture X costs $400 less a year for the same ATL lounge, so pick the Reserve only if Sapphire Lounges at other airports you use matter to you.
Is there a Delta One Lounge in Atlanta? Not yet. Delta has confirmed one for Concourse E, with reports pointing to a January 2029 target. Until then, Delta One passengers use the Sky Clubs.
