Best Credit Cards & Lounge Access for Nashville (BNA) Flyers

By Krit · Updated · How we research

Lounge access rules change often — confirm in the lounge's app or the card's benefits page before you fly.

Nashville is one of the fastest-growing airports in the country and a major Southwest base, yet BNA lounge access is still limited to a Delta Sky Club, an Admirals Club and a Minute Suites. There's no Centurion Lounge at BNA, no Priority Pass lounge, and the big change, Southwest's first-ever lounge, isn't due until late 2027, so the best credit card for Nashville flyers today is an airline card.

Quick answer

  • Best overall for BNA lounge access: Amex Platinum — includes the Delta Sky Club on Delta flights (10 visits a year) and Priority Pass. No Centurion Lounge at BNA.
  • Best value for Priority Pass: Weak at BNA. Capital One Venture X and Sapphire Reserve can at most get you an hour at Minute Suites, depending on your membership.
  • Best for frequent American flyers: Citi AAdvantage Executive with Admirals Club access in Concourse C — see our Citi AAdvantage guide
  • Best for frequent Delta flyers: Delta SkyMiles Reserve with Sky Club access in Concourse B

Airport snapshot

Southwest carries more than half of BNA's passengers, spread across Concourses C and D, and has never had a lounge here. Delta and United fly from Concourse B, American from Concourse C. Concourse A is closed and being rebuilt; it's expected to reopen in 2028 with a much larger Admirals Club. Meanwhile, Southwest is building a roughly 30,200-square-foot lounge on the mezzanine above the central lobby marketplace, opening in late 2027.

Where to go by terminal

Terminal Airlines Lounges there
Concourse A Closed for rebuild — (new Admirals Club planned)
Concourse B Delta, United, others Delta Sky Club
Concourse C American, Southwest Admirals Club
Concourse D Southwest Minute Suites, USO

Concourses B, C and D connect after the central checkpoint, so you can walk to a lounge in another concourse without re-screening. That matters mostly for Priority Pass holders heading to Minute Suites in D.

Lounges at BNA

Delta Sky Club BNA

  • Location: Concourse B, next to gate B3. It was enlarged in a recent renovation and is BNA's biggest current lounge.
  • Access: Same-day Delta flight. Delta SkyMiles Reserve (15 visits a year), Amex Platinum and Business Platinum (10 visits a year; unlimited after $75,000 in annual spend), Sky Club members, Delta One passengers and eligible Medallion members. No day passes.
  • Guest policy: $50 per guest, up to two; Reserve cardholders get four free guest passes a year.
  • Best for: Delta flyers.

Admirals Club BNA

  • Location: Concourse C, mezzanine (Level 4), across from gate C15. American announced in April 2026 a new 17,400-square-foot club for the rebuilt Concourse A, with construction targeted to start in 2027; this club stays open until then.
  • Access: Admirals Club members (including Citi AAdvantage Executive cardholders), eligible AA elites on international itineraries, premium-cabin international passengers and $79 day passes (or 7,900 miles), with a same-day American, oneworld or Aer Lingus boarding pass.
  • Guest policy: Members can bring immediate family or up to two guests.
  • Best for: American flyers.

Minute Suites BNA

  • Location: Concourse D, near gate D3.
  • Access: Private rooms open to any traveler, sold from $65 for the first hour. Priority Pass lists it as a "rest" location with one hour included for eligible members.
  • Guest policy: Rooms are shared by your party; check Minute Suites' rules for extra people.
  • Best for: A nap or a quiet call on a long delay.

Southwest Lounge BNA (coming late 2027)

  • Location: Past security on the mezzanine of the central lobby's BNA Marketplace, about 30,200 square feet.
  • Access: Southwest says access will come with a new premium Southwest Rapid Rewards card from Chase, launching in 2027. Other access rules haven't been announced.
  • Guest policy: Not announced.
  • Best for: Southwest's Nashville flyers, once it opens.

Priority Pass at BNA

  • Minute Suites — Concourse D. Private suite (rest experience), not a lounge.
  • Access: There's no Priority Pass lounge at BNA. Whether your card's Priority Pass covers Minute Suites depends on the membership, so check the Priority Pass app before you walk over.

Recommended strategy

  • If you fly Southwest from BNA: Hold off on a premium card for Nashville. The only path into a real lounge here will be the new Chase Southwest card in 2027; until then, choose cards for the airports you connect through.
  • If you fly American often from BNA: Citi AAdvantage Executive. Occasional American flyers can get by with Strata Elite's four Admirals passes or $79 day passes.
  • If you fly Delta often from BNA: Delta SkyMiles Reserve, or Amex Platinum if you'll also use Centurion and Priority Pass lounges elsewhere.
  • If you want one card that covers the best lounges: Amex Platinum, but at BNA it really only adds the Sky Club.

No card? Day passes & other options

The Admirals Club sells $79 day passes (or 7,900 miles) with a same-day American or oneworld ticket. Minute Suites sells rooms by the hour from $65. Delta doesn't sell Sky Club passes. Military travelers can use the USO near the entrance to Concourse D.

FAQ

Is there a Centurion Lounge at BNA? No. There's no Centurion Lounge at BNA and none has been announced. Platinum holders can use the Sky Club on Delta flights.

Does Priority Pass work at BNA? Only for Minute Suites in Concourse D, a private room rather than a lounge, and only if your membership includes it. There's no Priority Pass lounge at BNA.

When is the Southwest lounge at Nashville opening? Southwest says late 2027. It will sit on the mezzanine above the central lobby marketplace, and access will come with a new premium Southwest card from Chase launching in 2027.

Amex Platinum vs Sapphire Reserve vs Venture X: which is best at BNA? Platinum is the only one of the three that gets you into a real lounge at BNA, the Sky Club on Delta flights. Sapphire Reserve and Venture X offer at most an hour in Minute Suites. If you rarely fly Delta, none of the three is worth it for Nashville alone.
