The Capital One Landing at Washington National is a small sit-down tapas restaurant in Terminal 2, just off National Hall near Concourse D, where Venture X cardholders order made-to-order plates and drinks at no charge. Opened in November 2024, it was Capital One's first Landing. With no Priority Pass at DCA, it's the only lounge-style space a Venture X gets you into at Reagan, and it's a good place for a real meal before a short flight.

How to get in
Venture X or Venture X Business. Show your physical card and a same-day boarding pass with a confirmed seat. Book a table in the Capital One app; walk-ins are seated when there's space, some tables are held for them, and there's a digital waitlist when it's full. See our Venture X guide.
Reservations. Book well ahead in the app. OMAAT reports a 15-minute grace period before your table can be released, no limit on reservations and no no-show penalty.
Authorized users. Since Feb. 1, 2026, the primary cardholder pays $125 per authorized user per year to add access.
Other Capital One cards and non-cardholders. Venture and Spark Miles cardholders pay $45 ($25 per child). Anyone with a same-day departing boarding pass can pay $90, space permitting.
What doesn't work. Priority Pass, Amex and Chase cards.
Guest policy
Guests are $45 (18 and up) or $25 (17 and under); children under 2 are free. At Landings, a Venture X or Venture X Business account that reaches $75,000 in net purchases in a calendar year gets one free guest per visit (two at full Lounges). Capital One's terms say it lasts the rest of that year, the following year and until Jan. 31 after. With only about 90 seats, bringing a group is harder here than at a full lounge.
What it's like
Format. You're shown to a table and order from a QR-code menu; food and drinks are brought to you. Capital One's stated goal is delivery within 20 minutes, and nextcard (March 2026) had plates arrive in five to 10 minutes. A cold tapas counter offers charcuterie, salads and desserts while you wait, and breakfast runs until 11 a.m.
Food and drink. The menu is Spanish-style small plates from the José Andrés Group. Launch coverage described roaming carts, such as fruit mimosas at breakfast and cheesecake in the afternoon. The bar serves wine, beer and cocktails.
Seating. Two-tops and communal tables, outlets and USB ports at every table, fast Wi-Fi and luggage nooks. There are no showers, nap areas or quiet work rooms; it's built for a meal, not a long work session.
On the Fly. Next door, a public grab-and-go counter sells food and drinks (nextcard lists items at $6 to $15), and eligible Venture X cardholders get 50% off. LGA's Landing doesn't have one.
- Crowds: nextcard reports early mornings and late afternoons are the busiest. With roughly 90 seats it fills fast at peaks, so reserve in the app or join the waitlist as soon as you clear security.
Getting there
The Landing is in Terminal 2 after security, off National Hall near the D gates. nextcard suggests the North Security Checkpoint for the shortest walk. All of Terminal 2 connects after security, so passengers on American, Delta, United and other Terminal 2 airlines can walk to it. Terminal 1 (Southwest) isn't connected airside, so you'd have to exit and screen again at Terminal 2.
